Combining Art & Brief Journaling To Aid the Recovery Process

I have learned to admire this individual's use of humor and tenacity to overcome the hurdles inherent with the recovery process. I have personally seen her use both anger and creativity, over a period of years, as a motivating force for healing the wounds within. I am a fan of Larson's wonderful wit myself as he has the ability to make people laugh through their tears.
