Combining Art & Brief Journaling To Aid the Recovery Process

I have learned to admire this individual's use of humor and tenacity to overcome the hurdles inherent with the recovery process. I have personally seen her use both anger and creativity, over a period of years, as a motivating force for healing the wounds within. I am a fan of Larson's wonderful wit myself as he has the ability to make people laugh through their tears.

This page also contains graphic pictures of what she calls her photo album, pictures of her past as she sees them through her mind's eye.
